With OPERA RC (OEM Plugin Equipment for Refrigerated Appliances), Rivacold presents a newly developed unit in the field of plug-in refrigeration solutions. The new monoblock was specially designed for OEM applications and is based on the natural refrigerant R290 (propane).
OPERA RC thus offers a sustainable and future-proof answer to the increasing requirements for energy efficiency, environmental compatibility and recyclability.
The development focused on an innovative material structure that is impressive in several respects: it improves the tightness of the system and thus increases operational reliability. At the same time, the design eliminates the need for additional seals and screws to secure the cover. This not only reduces the installation effort, but also significantly simplifies maintenance and service work. In addition, particular emphasis was placed on optimizing the recyclability of the materials used – a key aspect with regard to sustainable product concepts.
With OPERA RC, Rivacold is underlining its claim to combine technological innovation with practice-oriented design. The further development increases product quality and at the same time ensures service-friendly handling in daily use.
The market launch is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
