Area Manager for Austria (m/f/d) – Sales, Refrigeration and Control Technology As part of our team, you will look after existing customers and secure new business partners throughout Austria. In doing so, you will represent the innovative and forward-looking solutions of one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of commercial and industrial refrigeration and control technology. You can look forward to a combination of technical consultancy, strategic market development and sales success. Here’s what you can expect:

• Independent management and development of the Austrian sales territory
• Support, advice and the development of existing customer relationships
• Acquiring new clients and projects, and tapping into further market potential
• Sales of innovative products and solutions using natural refrigerants (R290 and R744)
• Close collaboration with customers, designers, plant manufacturers and other market partners

What you’ll need:

• Several years’ experience in technical sales or field sales
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration and control engineering, as well as their applications in commercial and industrial settings.
• A structured, independent and goal-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within Austria, as well as a high level of self-motivation and the ability to close deals
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to independently identify and develop market potential
• A confident manner and experience in providing technical advice to discerning clients
• Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships
• A good knowledge of the market and an existing network within the refrigeration sector would be an advantage
